Eligibility for Returns and Refunds:
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return or refund within 30 days of receiving your item. To be eligible for a return, the plush toy must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as when you received it.

Return Process:

Refunds:
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.

Non-Returnable Items:
